Important Conditions for Attendees

To ensure the event remains organised and fair for all attendees, the following terms and conditions apply:

  • No refunds are provided, whether a compatible match is found or not.
  • No refunds are issued if attendees are unable to attend after purchasing tickets.
  • Tickets cannot be forwarded to future events.
  • Tickets cannot be transferred to friends or family members.
  • Entry is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above, including chaperones or mehrams with babies.
  • Muslims with British Passports only are permitted to attend, and passports must be shown at the event.
  • Attendees must arrive by 11:45 am. Anyone arriving after this time may be refused entry or required to pay a £10 late fee
  • The event does not promote or allow men seeking a second wife, in accordance with English Law.
  • No refunds are issued in the event of illness, including COVID
  • The person who purchases the Ticket must attend with valid identification, and chaperones cannot attend alone on behalf of others.
